If you prefer your door to be stained rather than painted - we have you covered!
Cabinet Refinish / Paint
Painting your kitchen or bathroom cabinets, rather than replacing them, increases your pleasure when entering the room and saves on the cost of a remodel.
Ceiling and Crown Molding
Acoustic/popcorn ceiling removal and retexturing as well as, crown molding and baseboard installation.
Small Job Estimates
Quick Jobs with all materials on site. 3 hour minimum.
Wall hangings under 5’x5’ and 150 lbs.
Mirrors, Art, Shelves, and Televisions.
Lock replacement
Lock and door handle replacement including Electronic Pin Pad door handles (w/o programing).
Remove and Install Ceiling Fixture or Fan
Plumbing
Toilet repair/replacement, or faucet replacement. Garbage disposals too!
Complex Jobs
All jobs are based on hourly estimates
Door Repair and/or Installation
Closet or exterior, sliding or stationery. Repair or replace. Full frame exterior or slab interior. Lots of experience with all things uniquely San Francisco.
Over-the-Range Microwave or Hood
Remove and replace over-the-range microwave or range hood.
Window Anchor Repair
If your wooden Victorian windows no longer stay up the anchor is probably broken. Handyman requires just 1.5 hours typically to remove broken rope and replace per anchor.
